Punctuality and Job Completion Commitment:
We value good timekeeping and adhere to agreed job completion dates. Our schedule generally runs with the oldest contracts prioritised first. However, where projects are already contracted and surveyed, but waiting on planning & conservation decisions, these would jump into the next available workshop & fitting slot.
Once contracts are signed, the full scope chosen, windows surveyed and, of course, the deposit paid, our start time is generally around 12 weeks after that. The more flexible you are about notice required from you, the quicker we can find a slot to start. We are a small family company doing its best to accommodate its customers. We are worth the wait for trusted quality work. In 2023, we successfully completed over 98% of our projects on time, weather conditions notwithstanding.
