I have spent over 40 years in public service dealing with all aspects of operational risk, at differing levels of responsibility. One of my roles was as Business Continuity and Risk Manager for the Metropolitan Police Specialist Crime Command, encompassing over 17 operational units and in excess of 250 staff. 

Since my 2018 retirement, I have continued to provide advice in the field of Health & Safety to Sussex Sash, both for staff and contractors.

We have robust systems in place to manage risk and to ensure we comply with all relevant legislation.
