Having spent my apprenticeship in the jewelry industry, creating, repairing & also selling fine jewelry business as was decreasing it was time for a change.

My wife & I made a decision to move down from Birmingham to this lovely island. I started work as a professional property maintenance engineer, completing all different tasks from just small repairs to fitting kitchen & even some projects which involved complete property refurbishment.

Since then, I reached out to Darren & Barry at Sussex Sash. There working as a Timber window Finishing Specialist for some 18 Months. 

During this time, I have learnt new skills and have adapted myself to become an integral part of the team, on all projects both on-site & off-site back at the workshop This has revived my appreciation for saving, repairing & bringing historical windows & doors back to life much like my initial apprenticeship.
